Hannah's Homeplace Return Policy:
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
If a product is undamaged and was received in good working order, there will be a 25% restocking fee, in addition to the purchaser being required to pay any shipping charges that may be levied. However, if a product was damaged upon delivery, or doesn't work, Hannah's Homeplace will make every effort to correct the situation.
In either case, we require that you obtain a RMA Number before you return any products.
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Most items will ship within 3-5 business days. Products ship free to the Continental US. We will ship outside this area at an additional shipping cost to be paid by the buyer.
